Refund policy

There are no refunds.

All custom items must be approved before the item is created and once approved, will be created as agreed.

If an item is defective please email beckah.vividconcepts@gmail.com to discuss the exchange options. 

Orders for silicone molds may be combined together, in an attempt to be efficient with both silicone and time.  If you do NOT want items combined, please let us know in the cart notes.

Please review the announcement on the home page to see current shipping times.  Remember, each item is created once an order is placed and paid.
